InspectAI ("the app") is provided by Akai Renga Pty Ltd, trading as Jim's Building Inspections ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The app does not require you to create an account, and it does not collect your device location via GPS. Property addresses are only those you type in.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Inspection data and images are stored on your device, and (if cloud sync is enabled) in our Supabase project. You can delete inspections and their media at any time. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law and professional obligations.
The app uses your device camera and microphone solely to record inspection videos, and your photo library only to import or save inspection media — when you choose to. It does not access them in the background.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable steps to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
InspectAI is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 16.
